SUMMARY:Reiki 1 Class
DESCRIPTION:Reiki classes are for those who wish to become Reiki-attuned and channel Reiki energy for healing. Reiki 1 is the first level of class and attunement\, and runs approximately 4 – 5 hours\, depending on class size. \nReiki 1 students will learn what Reiki is and its history\, how to channel Reiki\, the basic components of the energetic body\, how to treat self and others\, and Reiki practitioner self-care. After the attunements\, students will have time to practice Reiki on each other. \nThe class will be held at the healing center where my office is – A Healing Vibration in Westford\, MA. A kitchenette is available if students wish to bring lunch or snacks with them. Clothing that is comfortable to move around in is recommended. Some handouts will be provided\, but students are welcome to bring a notebook (digital or manual) if they would like to record notes from class. \nHow to Register:  Email me: cynthia @ inkwoodhealing.com (remove spaces). You can pay half or full fee to hold your space ($60 or $120). If opting to pay half\, the second half will be due by Sept. 6th. Payment can be made by Venmo (preferred)\, cash/check\, Paypal\, or credit/debit card. Let me know how you’d like to pay in your email.
