SUMMARY:Reiki 1 Group Class
DESCRIPTION:Join me and Amanda Worcester of Wandering Light Reiki for a group Reiki 1 class at UCMH in Hudson\, MA! The class will run 3 – 3.5 hours\, and includes instruction\, attunement\, and practice. \nReiki 1 is for anyone interested in becoming Reiki attuned for the first time and learning to channel Reiki for healing. Some choose to use Reiki just for self-healing and spiritual development\, while others learn in order to help others heal. No matter whether one or both of these paths call to you\, I strongly recommend a Reiki attunement for anyone on a spiritual path. \nOur class will cover the history of modern Reiki\, the basics of the energetic body\, energetic cleansing and protection\, hand positions\, and more. The first of the three Reiki degrees is also the most fun! It celebrates the vibrational rise that all students experience as they become first-time Reiki practitioners. \nNo experience is necessary\, and all are welcome. Anyone who is considering becoming a professional Reiki practitioner should become Reiki 2 attuned. \nReiki 2 is also the next step on your spiritual journey. Each Reiki attunement is an initiation into a higher vibrational way of working and living. Many practitioners report that their Reiki 2 attunement was the most powerful of the three. \nReiki 2 certification will be held in 3 – 4 classes. The first 2 classes are on Zoom on Fridays April 4 and 11 from 7 – 9 PM. There is an option for a 3rd online meeting for students who want more class time.
