Extra rhythm instruments will be available for those without. \nIf you’re new(er) to the group\, and don’t have a drum or rattle\, I encourage you to make one yourself from reclaimed material to bring on Saturday. Something as simple as lentils in a pill bottle for a rattle\, or a plastic tub for a drum work really well for percussion purposes. If you’re crafty and want to get more creative there are lots of tutorials online for making hand percussion instruments. From there\, we will explore group journeying\, drumming for journeying and healing\, divinatory and self-healing journeys\, and much more. On the summer solstice\, we will gather at a fire circle in Lunenburg for a journey ceremony. \nThis is an open group\, and anyone can join any gathering.
