DESCRIPTION:Join me on the 4th Fridays in January\, March\, May\, July\, September\, and November for a tarot gathering focused on intuitive tarot reading skills. \nOur gatherings combine discussions of tarot topics\, reading introspectively for ourselves\, playing with our decks in unconventional ways\, and group readings (a favorite event that produces some of our most interesting experiences). \nWhy are we playing instead of learning tarot? \nBecause playing is fun! Our gatherings focus on intuitive reading. DESCRIPTION:This four-week online class series focuses on helping those new to shamanic practices learn to journey. Journeying is the art of working in the spirit realm via a trance state. There are numerous methods for and philosophies on shamanic journeying\, and we will explore various practices and ideas in our weekly gatherings. No prior experience with shamanism is necessary!\n.\nWhy learn to shamanic journey? Journeying is a powerful practice that can aid anyone’s spiritual journey. Working in the spirit realm teaches us true freedom and self-empowerment. There\, we have access to other worlds. We connect with the energy that underlies the physical world and receive guidance from our spirit guides and ancestors. Moreover\, we gain the ability to heal ourselves at the deepest level.\n.\nMy personal experiences with journeying over the years have taught me that there’s no one right way to journey. I want to lift up alternatives to the usual Western shamanic approach to journeying\, while also exploring this well-used (and much-loved) method. If you’ve tried journeying and struggled to have an experience\, I can help you discover different methods to send you on your way!\n.\nClasses are 2 hours each and will hold time for check-ins\, information sharing and discussion\, journey practice(s)\, experience sharing\, and ‘real-world’ application of classwork.\n.\nMeetings are held every Tuesday evening in February (2/3\, 2/10\, 2/17\, & 2/24) from 7 – 9 PM (EST) on Zoom. SUMMARY:No Moon Reindeer Shaman Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:On January 18\, 2026\, I will hold the second public No Moon Reindeer Shaman ceremony in modern history at the Unitarian Church of Marlboro and Hudson\, in Hudson\, MA. This healing ceremony brings us together in beloved community to offer healing to ourselves and our communities as we work to lift the energetic darkness of winter. \nTogether\, we will call in and dispel the darkness\, then drum up energy\, and release healing light and heat specially stored from the summer. Hand drums and percussion are welcome\, but not necessary. \nThis ceremony\, performed annually to heal the larger community\, was a critical one in my shamanic lineage and the first ceremony and healing technique I learned. I am honored to share it with all who wish to join me. \nDoors open at 10 AM\, ceremony begins at 10:30 AM. A coffee and social gathering with snacks and drinks (provided) will follow the ceremony. \nLocation: Downstairs in Union Hall at the Unitarian Church of Marlboro and Hudson. \nThis is a free event\, and donations to the Unitarian Church of Marlboro and Hudson will be gratefully received. \nWhat does ‘No Moon’ mean? This is the phrase I heard when I first experienced this ceremony in the spirit realm on a January new moon in 2023. It is the term my ancestors used to describe the new moon phase\, and when I heard it\, I better understood the significance of a moonless night during the long\, dark Arctic winter.

A 30-minute yoga nidra session can equal the healing and rest obtained during several hours of quality sleep. \nYoga nidra is especially beneficial for aiding the major ailments many of us suffer from due to modern life – anxiety\, stress\, depression\, insomnia\, chronic pain\, chronic fatigue\, isolation\, and more. \nParticipants are encouraged to bring a mat\, blankets\, and/or pillows to ensure they are as comfortable as possible during the meditation. \nFollowing the meditation\, participants can opt to receive hands-on Reiki from our group of Reiki-attuned volunteers. SUMMARY:Shamanic Journey and Drumming Group
DESCRIPTION:I am offering a monthly gathering focused on shamanic journeying and drumming\, beginning March 28th. No experience with shamanism\, journeying\, or drumming is necessary – just a curious and open heart! \nShamanic journeying is a powerful practice that anyone can learn and use. Working in the spirit realm teaches us true freedom and self-empowerment. There\, we have access to other worlds. We connect with the energy that underlies the physical world. We also receive guidance from our spirit guides and ancestors. Moreover\, we gain the ability to heal ourselves at the deepest level. As Sandra Ingerman says\, journeying gives us access to “information and energies that can help awaken us and restore us to wholeness.” \nWe will most often meet at the Unitarian Church of Marlboro and Hudson\, located in Hudson\, MA (80 Main St.)\, on the third Saturday of the month from 2 to 4 PM (except our first meeting on March 29). During the summer\, we’ll gather outdoors\, when possible\, in various locations. \nAs we begin\, we’ll focus on learning journey techniques. We will meet our spirit guides and create a sacred garden from which to work. From there\, we will explore group journeying\, drumming for journeying and healing\, divinatory and self-healing journeys\, and much more. On the summer solstice\, we will gather at a fire circle in Lunenburg for a journey ceremony. \nThis is an open group\, and anyone can join any gathering. DESCRIPTION:Join us in Hudson\, MA on the 4th Friday of every other month as we ‘play’ with our tarot decks\, ask tarot questions\, and nerd out over tarot details and trivia. \nThese gatherings are not focused on card-by-card teaching of ‘how tarot works’. Rather\, we play with our decks in fun and intuitive ways that build our unique understanding of the cards. There is no wrong way to play with your tarot deck! \nIn March we will continue our deep dive into the Major Arcana to see what mysteries and lessons it holds. SUMMARY:Reindeer No Moon Healing Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Join me on Imbolg\, Feb. 2nd\, 2025\, for the first public Reindeer Healing Ceremony in many millennia. Three and a half years ago\, a shamanic ancestor came to me and helped me revive the extinct tradition of Reindeer Shamanism. On Feb. 2nd I’m offering a public healing ceremony\, and introducing Reindeer Shamanism to the public for the first time in thousands of years. \nAt this ceremony\, we will gather to heal ourselves and our communities. The winter No Moon is the darkest time of the year\, and when it is most important to drive away the dark and bring in healing light and warmth. Together as one big community\, we will shift the energy of our larger community(ies) from fear to love. \nPercussion instruments for a drum circle are welcomed. This ceremony is recommended for teens and adults. Childcare for younger children will be provided. Coffee and snacks will be offered following the ceremony. \nThis ceremony is free and open to the public. Donations gratefully received.
