SUMMARY:Reiki 2 Class and Attunement
DESCRIPTION:This is the fourth meeting for my Reiki 2 class which begins April 4th. \nReiki 2 classes are for anyone who has their Reiki 1 attunement and would like to progress to Reiki 2 and learn how to send distance Reiki healing to others. \nIn Reiki 2\, you will learn how to work with the Reiki symbols\, the components of the energetic body\, how to practice distance Reiki\, connect with your spirit guides\, and more. Anyone who is considering becoming a professional Reiki practitioner should become Reiki 2 attuned. \nReiki 2 is also the next step on your spiritual journey. Each Reiki attunement is an initiation into a higher vibrational way of working and living. Many practitioners report that their Reiki 2 attunement was the most powerful of the three. \nReiki 2 certification will be held in 3 – 4 classes. The first 2 classes are on Zoom on Fridays April 4 and 11 from 7 – 9 PM. There is an option for a 3rd online meeting for students who want more class time. The final class is in-person for the attuement in Hudson\, MA at the Unitarian Church of Marlboro and Hudson\, 80 Main St.\, Hudson\, MA. \nTwo dates are available for the final class and attunement: Saturday April 26th (afternoon) and Friday May 2nd (evening). \nThe cost for the full class series is $250. Nadine is a trained SoulCollage® facilitator\, and says this about the process: \n“SoulCollage® is a deeply personal and intuitive form of art therapy developed by Seena B. Frost in the late 1980s\, designed to facilitate self-discovery and emotional exploration through creative collage-making. Participants create 5×8 inch cards by intuitively selecting and arranging images from magazines\, photographs\, and personal artwork that resonate on a profound emotional level\, representing different aspects of the self. \nThe process goes beyond simple image creation\, incorporating a unique journaling technique where participants write from the perspective of each card using the phrase “I am the one who…” This approach allows for deep dialogue with different parts of the self\, uncovering hidden insights\, emotions\, and internal narratives. DESCRIPTION:Join me and Amanda Worcester of Wandering Light Reiki for a group Reiki 1 class at UCMH in Hudson\, MA! The class will run 3 – 3.5 hours\, and includes instruction\, attunement\, and practice. \nReiki 1 is for anyone interested in becoming Reiki attuned for the first time and learning to channel Reiki for healing. Some choose to use Reiki just for self-healing and spiritual development\, while others learn in order to help others heal. No matter whether one or both of these paths call to you\, I strongly recommend a Reiki attunement for anyone on a spiritual path. \nOur class will cover the history of modern Reiki\, the basics of the energetic body\, energetic cleansing and protection\, hand positions\, and more. The first of the three Reiki degrees is also the most fun! SUMMARY:Yoga Nidra Meditation and Energy Healing Circle
DESCRIPTION:Join me at the Spiritual Growth and Community Center’s monthly Energy Healing Circle for a relaxing session of Yoga Nidra on Friday\, Oct. 17th! \nYoga nidra is the yoga of sleep. It is a guided meditation that brings the student through the five koshic levels of being and into the brainwave states similar to sleep\, allowing for profound healing. A 30-minute yoga nidra session can equal the healing and rest obtained during several hours of quality sleep. \nYoga nidra is especially beneficial for aiding the major ailments many of us suffer from due to modern life – anxiety\, stress\, depression\, insomnia\, chronic pain\, chronic fatigue\, isolation\, and more. \nParticipants are encouraged to bring a mat\, blankets\, and/or pillows to ensure they are as comfortable as possible during the meditation. \nFollowing the meditation\, participants can opt to receive hands-on Reiki from our group of Reiki-attuned volunteers. Afterwards\, we will reconvene over snacks to share our thoughts and experiences. \nNo experience is necessary. Snacks provided! All are welcome to join. Suggested Donation is $10.

If you’re crafty and want to get more creative there are lots of tutorials online for making hand percussion instruments. SUMMARY:No Moon Reindeer Shaman Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:On January 18\, 2026\, I will hold the second public No Moon Reindeer Shaman ceremony in modern history at the Unitarian Church of Marlboro and Hudson\, in Hudson\, MA. This healing ceremony brings us together in beloved community to offer healing to ourselves and our communities as we work to lift the energetic darkness of winter. \nTogether\, we will call in and dispel the darkness\, then drum up energy\, and release healing light and heat specially stored from the summer. Hand drums and percussion are welcome\, but not necessary. \nThis ceremony\, performed annually to heal the larger community\, was a critical one in my shamanic lineage and the first ceremony and healing technique I learned. I am honored to share it with all who wish to join me. \nDoors open at 10 AM\, ceremony begins at 10:30 AM. A coffee and social gathering with snacks and drinks (provided) will follow the ceremony. \nLocation: Downstairs in Union Hall at the Unitarian Church of Marlboro and Hudson. \nThis is a free event\, and donations to the Unitarian Church of Marlboro and Hudson will be gratefully received. \nWhat does ‘No Moon’ mean? This is the phrase I heard when I first experienced this ceremony in the spirit realm on a January new moon in 2023. It is the term my ancestors used to describe the new moon phase\, and when I heard it\, I better understood the significance of a moonless night during the long\, dark Arctic winter.

SUMMARY:Unlocking the Norse Runes - An Experiential Journey Through the Elder Futhark
DESCRIPTION:Join me by Zoom for a weekly in-depth journey with the Norse Runes exploring the energy of each stave and aett (group or family) in the Elder Futhark.  In this initial series of 8 weekly classes\, we will work with one rune per week\, covering the first aett in the Futhark. The second and third aettir will be covered in the following two 8-class series. \nEach 90-minute class will explore one of the runes in depth through music\, discussion\, meditation/shamanic journey work\, and magical practice. Each series will also explore the energy of the related aett\, and how that family or group of runes fits and works together. \nNo experience with runes or Norse mythology is required\, but a commitment to the work is requested. Registration is for the first 8-week class series only\, exploring the first aett in the Elder Futhark. SUMMARY:Shamanic Journey and Drumming Group
DESCRIPTION:The Shamanic Journey and Drumming group is moving to a new location! Starting on July 18th\, we will meet at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in the Assabet Valley\, located in Stow\, MA – just 5 miles away from our Hudson location. Our new home in Stow has beautiful outdoor space\, and we’ll have the opportunity to embrace nature immersion when the weather is comfortable for meeting outside! \nThis group meets on the third Saturday of every month. This is a drop-in event\, and no experience with shamanism\, journeying\, or drumming is required – just a curious and open heart! \nShamanic journeying is a powerful practice that anyone can learn and use. Working in the spirit realm teaches us true freedom and self-empowerment. There\, we have access to other worlds. We connect with the energy that underlies the physical world and receive guidance from our spirit guides and ancestors. Moreover\, we gain the ability to heal ourselves at the deepest level. \nShamanic drumming is both a healing art and a catalyst for shamanic journeying. At our gatherings\, we will explore both ways of working with rhythm. Participants are encouraged to bring (or make!) a rhythm instrument for healing work\, but extras are available for those who don’t have one. \nLocation: Unitarian Universalist Congregation in the Assabet Valley\, 353 Great Road (Rt. 117)\, Stow\, MA. Enter through the Main Entrance off the parking lot\, then go left to the Community Room.
