An ancient Nordic Arctic practice developed 7,000 – 10,000 years ago by migrating human tribes who followed reindeer herds to stay alive.
I was connected with this lineage in a past life thousands of years ago, when I died during my shamanic initiation. My then-shamanic guardian and teacher became my maternal grandfather in this life. He contacted me in 2022, thirty years after his death, to bring me back into our shamanic tradition.
As a rebirthed, modern practice, Reindeer Shamanism is focused on spirit connection and personal empowerment through classes, healing, and ceremonies.
