This February I will begin offering online shamanic programming with a four-week class series called Foundations of Shamanic Journeying: Exploring the Spirit Realm. This class is designed to help those new to shamanic practices learn to journey. In our 2-hour weekly meetings, we will hold time for check-ins, information sharing and discussion, journey practice(s), experience sharing, and ‘real-world’ application of classwork.
This class is an excellent introduction to the following online class for 2026, Reindeer Shamanism, Level 1, coming this spring. This is a monthly class series that explores spiritual practice through the lens of Reindeer Shamanism. The class focuses on learning to heal yourself, shamanic techniques in the physical and spiritual realms, deepening spirit connection, and nature immersion techniques, among other practices.
