Chronic fatigue lasting a month or more can often be traced to one of three unresolved issues: food allergies/intolerances, hormonal imbalances, or chronic infections, often from tick-borne illnesses.
This checklist offers exercises and supplements that you can add to your daily routine to increase energy, as well as tests to check with your doctor about (if you haven’t already), to help you begin to pinpoint the cause(s) of your fatigue.
