Programs & Education

I have been an experiential and outdoor educator for more than 20 years because I’m passionate about helping people discover, learn, and connect with nature and themselves. I have served as a program director, park ranger, camp director, challenge course facilitator, educational liaison, naturalist, and religious educator.

I have taught and trained facilitators & teachers, and co-led professional development summits and conferences for environmental educators.

I have extensive training and experience as an educator in several areas:

• 20 years as a professional naturalist teaching topics in ecology and natural history to a wide variety of audiences
• 5+ years as a challenge course manager and facilitator, leading groups in challenge/adventure programming
• 6+ years as a Unitarian Universalist religious educator and Director of Education, helping youth find their spiritual center

I love to teach. I’m passionate about sharing the things I learn that benefit people on all levels. These include physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects. I love empowering people to self-heal.

From nature connection to Wholistic Wellness to spiritual exploration, my goal is to help people learn that they can heal themselves on every level.
