The Wholistic Wellness Program

What is Wholistic Wellness?

It is a system of looking at health from 5 levels – physical, mental, energetic, emotional, and spiritual – and understanding the connection of each level to the natural world. When we have a more comprehensive view of our health needs, we can implement our own daily plan to bring us back to ‘wholistic’ wellness.

This 3-Class series will help you take charge of your health by building a daily wellness plan just for you. Designed to engage your mind, body, and spirit, your unique daily wellness plan will deepen your health on all levels.

If you’re struggling with chronic pain or fatigue, there’s a good chance you’re not addressing one or more levels of your wellness needs.

wholistic wellness practices for health

Modern medicine – an important part of any wellness plan – only looks at health from the physical level. And we are so much more than that! Our wellness is tied not just to our physical state, but also our emotional and mental states. Our spiritual needs can impact our health when not tended to, and our energetic bodies hold their own level of intertwined wellness that needs to be addressed for the physical body to heal fully.

Through exercises focused on each area of wellness and their associated element (earth, air, fire, water, and spirit) you will establish a daily wellness routine designed to work with your body’s specific needs. Participants will receive electronic handouts in each class including meditations, holistic health information, exercises practiced during the program, and resources, along with group communication between classes to support their work.
