In our modern, fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up thinking about our health from a strictly physical point of view. But we’re so much more than that.
Our wellness is tied not just to our physical state, but also our emotional and mental states. Our spiritual needs can impact our health when not tended to, and our energetic bodies hold their own level of intertwined wellness that needs to be addressed in order for the physical body to heal fully.
Join me for this series of three 90-minute workshops – spaced 2 weeks apart – designed to help you build a regular wellness routine to benefit your health on all levels.
Day 1:
Energetic health + fire element work
Physical health + earth element work
Day 2:
Mental health + air element work
Emotional health + water element work
Day 3:
Spiritual health + centering work
Creating your Wholistic Wellness Routine
Through exercises focused on each of the 5 areas of Wholistic Wellness and their associated element (earth, air, fire, water, and spirit), you will establish a daily routine designed to work with your body’s specific needs. Participants will receive electronic handouts from each class including meditations, holistic health information, exercises practiced during the program, and resources, along with group communication between classes to support your work.

Cost:
$25/class; $70 for all 3 if paid in advance.
