Join me on April 29th for a nature connection workshop at the Lunenburg Pollinator Conservation Area from 10 AM – 12 PM. We’ll explore forest and meadow habitats, and experience first-hand how relaxing and rejuvenating being outdoors without electronics can be.
During our time together, we will discuss the specific healing benefits of being out in nature regularly, and how to have a nature immersion, or forest bathing experience. I’ll introduce participants to the basics (and curiosities) of New England’s forest and meadow habitats, and we’ll explore nature’s beauty and complexity both individually and through group observation and query.
Prep: No experience is necessary to attend; we will be on unpaved paths with varying terrain. Some trails may be wet. Dress for the weather with sturdy shoes, and bring a notebook, sketch pad, or another medium for recording observations and thoughts during our program.
Cost: $10/person
Location: Lunenburg Community Pollinator Conservation Area, 123 Hollis Rd., Lunenburg, MA 01462
Spaces are limited, so be sure to register on Friday – I hope to see you there!
